DomHub ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, and property or unit details when you register. We also collect usage data such as login activity and feature interactions to operate the service.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide the platform, send building-related notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it with the service providers that operate the platform — hosting and database, authentication, email delivery, and file storage — under confidentiality obligations. If your condo enables an AI feature (the AI assistant, maintenance triage, or PDF import), the specific text or file you submit to that feature is also sent to the AI provider your condo has configured (Anthropic and/or OpenAI by default, or another provider your condo administrator selects) — only for the features you actually use.
Data Storage & Security
Sensitive data is encrypted at rest, access is controlled by role-based permissions, and each condo's data is isolated from every other property on the platform.
Cookies & Local Storage
Our marketing site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored in your browser's local storage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account and your condo's account are active. Some records, such as financial and legal documents, are retained longer to meet standard record-keeping practices; when an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize the personal information tied to those records instead of deleting the record itself. For specific categories, our retention targets are: visitor sign-in logs and document-access logs, up to 2 years; unaccepted invitations, 30 days; read in-app notifications, 1 year; inactive push-notification subscriptions, 1 year; and government ID, lease, or insurance documents, up to 90 days past their stated expiry date. Security incident records are retained indefinitely for legal and regulatory purposes.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you have an account, you can export a copy of your data or delete your account directly from Settings → My Info in the dashboard, or reach us at privacy@domhub.app for any other request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
